She is driven by a mission to increase real estate education, ownership, and success within Black, Brown, and underserved communities, helping individuals overcome systemic barriers to success.

Keira's work is deeply rooted in cultural pride and community empowerment. She believes in using her influence to uplift those who have been historically excluded, and she has dedicated her career to ensuring that others have the opportunity to thrive.

Over her years of experience her leadership has extended far beyond her brokerage. Through her previous roles as the Education Board Chairwoman of NARAB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) in Philadelphia and co-chairwoman of the Black Lives Matter Real Estate Forum (BLMRF) Philadelphia Project, Keira has become a powerful advocate for change, relentlessly working to ensure that real estate success is accessible to all.

She isn’t just doing her part to uphold the culture—she’s working to transform it.

Yes, I’m “The Real Estate Queenpin.” But I’m also a mom of four amazing kids—Joshua, Jael, Caleb, and Calah. I’m the woman juggling motherhood, entrepreneurship, and ministry—sometimes in heels, sometimes barefaced at Target.

I’m introverted at heart, but my purpose pulls me out front. One day I’m mentoring agents, the next I’m praying over my kids’ futures, planning retreats, or hopping on a flight to knock something off my LIVE List. Through it all, I stay grounded in faith.

My story isn’t defined by titles or trophies—it’s defined by resilience, grace, and the determination to walk authentically. I’m proof that even after heartbreak, setbacks, or starting over, you can rise again—better, stronger, and more aligned.

Keira Ingram is more than a name—she’s a movement. Known as The Real Estate Queenpin, she has made it her mission to “Make Real Estate Bosses” by equipping African American and underrepresented professionals with the tools, confidence, and strategies to thrive in real estate and beyond.

As the founder of REB Realty, she leads one of the few Black woman–owned brokerages in Pennsylvania with a vision bigger than transactions—it’s about transformation. She also founded Advantage Business Academy, a state-approved pre-licensing and continuing education school that equips the next generation of real estate leaders.

Through coaching, courses, retreats, and mentorship under Grow With Keira, she empowers entrepreneurs to scale businesses, grow in faith, and build legacies. With her LIVE Your List movement, she challenges people to stop waiting for “someday” and start living intentionally, creating experiences, and enjoying the life their hard work makes possible.

Keira’s impact goes beyond real estate. Her story of rebuilding after a 20-year marriage, raising four children, and finding peace and success again has positioned her as a voice of resilience, faith, and freedom.
