Keira Ingram is a real estate broker, business strategist, educator, author, licensed preacher, and community leader. She is the Broker of REB Realty, Founder of Grow With Keira, Owner of Advantage Business Academy, Founder of Homes, Health & Hope, and author of How To Become A Real Estate Boss.

Keira has spent two decades helping real estate professionals build stronger businesses, guiding clients and investors through real estate decisions, developing educational programs, leading teams, and creating opportunities for Black, Brown, and underserved communities to access real estate education, ownership, and wealth-building strategies.

But Keira’s message is not built on titles alone. After nearly 20 years of marriage, she found herself rebuilding her life, redefining her identity, and rising through a season she never expected. That experience deepened her work and expanded her message beyond business growth into healing, purpose, faith, resilience, and becoming the person capable of carrying the next chapter.

Yes, I'm The Real Estate Queenpin. But I'm also Joshua, Jael, Caleb, and Calah's mom ... and that title means EVERYTHING to me.

I'm introverted at heart but called to be out front. I mentor agents, lead a weekly Bible study for entrepreneurs and leaders, plan retreats, and knock things off my LIVE List because I refuse to wait for someday. I've been licensed to preach since I was 14 years old and my faith isn't something I practice on Sundays, it's the foundation everything else is built on.
