If you’re a new agent, your first priority is completing Onboarding. That process will walk you through licensing, systems setup, expectations, and getting officially launched at REB.
At the same time, you’ll also receive access to the REB Agent Hub, which is where our agents stay connected, informed, and supported long-term.
Think of it like this:
  • Onboarding = getting set up
  • The REB Agent Hub = how we stay aligned and grow together
Both work together, and we’ll guide you through each step. Your focus during onboarding should remain on onboarding tasks. The Agent Hub will support you along the way — and become your primary home once onboarding is complete.

Inside this vault, you’ll find important access information, orientation resources, and next steps to help you get connected to REB systems, tools, and support.
This portal is designed to guide you into the platforms and resources you’ll use throughout your journey — including our primary Agent Hub, where ongoing training, communication, and updates live.

💡 What Is the REB  Mastery Agent Hub?

As our brokerage continues to grow, it became important to create one central place where agents can access training, schedules, systems, announcements, and support — without juggling emails, texts, links, and folders. That space is the REB Agent Mastery Hub, hosted on a private platform called Skool.

The REB Agent Hub is our primary internal platform for agents.
Inside the Hub, you’ll find:
  • Training and education
  • Important dates and events
  • Systems and tools
  • Launchpads and resources
  • Community connection and updates
This is where your day-to-day REB experience will live.

When you accept your invite to the REB Agent Hub, you’ll see:
  • A clear START HERE section to guide you
  • Organized sections based on where you are in your journey
  • A calendar with key dates and expectations
  • Resources that will grow with you over time
You are not expected to explore everything at once.
Some sections may not apply to you yet — and that’s okay. We will guide you step by step.


📩 How to Access the REB Agent Hub

You’ll receive an email invitation to join the REB Agent Hub on Skool.
When it arrives:
  1. Open the email and click Join
  2. Create your account
  3. Upload a photo and complete your profile
  4. Log in and get familiar with the space
The entire process takes just a few minutes.
